    Started with small scale activity of Dyestuff in Delhi
  • 1994
    Developed Customized Dyes for Wool Industry.
  • 1997
    Started Export Division with Acid Dyes.
  • 2000
    Entered into a Joint venture and eventually acquired Manufacturing Unit in Ankleshwar, Gujarat (INDIA)
  • 2003
    Developed Entire Range of Leather Dyestuff.
  • 2010
    Established Fully Equipped Advanced Polymer Emulsion Plant in NCR.
  • 2012
    Launched Tailor Made Synthetic Latex for Carpet Industry.
  • 2015
    Entered into Imports of VAE Emulsions for Footwear Industry.
  • 2016
    Expanded Dyestuff Division by Launching Entire Range of DISPERSE DYES.
  • 2017
    Laid Foundation of Speciality Chemical Division in Barhi, Haryana (INDIA)
  • 2018
    Started Producing 4th Generation Silicone Oils For Textile Industry.
  • 2019
    Entered into a PAN INDIA agreement with Transfer Group, Hangzhou for the marketing of Disperse Printing Thickeners.
  • 2020
    Developed an Efficient and economical Chemical Auxiliaries Segment for Home Textile Industry and Products for Medical Textiles.

Creating world class products requires top-of-the-line manufacturing and technology. Each of our plants maintain high technical and operating standards and are geared to help our clients with their often diverse and specialised needs.
