Carpet Backing latex
In the Carpet Segment SETEX Carpet Backing latex are excellent choice for manufacturing of Tufted, Woven, Needle Felt, Automotive, Artificial turf and other Gel foam elastomer backings. Apart from Carpet backing Latex’s ADPL offers Rheology Modifiers, Hotmelt Adhesives. This division also offers Tailor made Solutions for to support Carpet Manufacturers to achieve desired Results.
TEXTILE BINDERS
In the Textile segment SETEX products are well embraced by many Textile Giants for various applications both in Woven and Non-Woven Categories, such as Finishing, Printing, Flocking and Coating. Our efficient Binders and Finishing Chemicals (used in Pigment Printing on the Textiles) bind pigment for durable print with quality and workability, and impart hard/soft feel to the fabric with fullness and durability.
ADHESIVES
In the Adhesive segment there is a complete range of Emulsions that are suitably used in fast growing industries like: Fabric Pasting, Bopp Tape, Wet laminations of paper board to films like BOPP, Polyester & PVC., Wooden Fixing, Bindi, Footwear, Stickers and labels with pressure sensitive effect, Various packaging adhesives for hand and machine application. etc.
PAPER BINDERS
Our diverse selection of Paper coating chemicals deliver critical performance features, such as high gloss, brightness, moisture resistance, opacity, enhanced printability and dimensional stability. This capability was recently expanded with the acquisition of our hollow plastic pigment (HPP) product line. These products are typically used in paper coatings to provide gloss, opacity and an enhanced printing surface. Our binder chemistries deliver strength, stiffness, dimensional stability and resistance to moisture for a wide variety of end uses.
PAINT EMULSIONS
Setex emulsions are used for architectural paints and coatings as binders for AWD, PEP, exterior coatings, texture finishes, elastomeric coatings, putties, primers, etc. Setex’s emulsion range also includes thickeners and dispersing agents. Another major emulsion in this segment is opaque polymers which are used for partial Tio2 replacement and property enhancement of various coatings. Setex also produces emulsions for clay coating of paper for superior quality paper.
CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS
For the construction Industry , Setex offers emulsions for: Cement admixture to increase flexural and compressive strength of cementitious coatings for building construction and tile fixing. Waterproofing applications, both cementitious and non-cementitious to get flexibility, liquid water barrier properties and weather resistance. These are meant for roofings, ceilings, toilet blocks, balconies, garages, etc. where water seepages are more. Formulating sealants: Societies thrive with good infrastructure, and their continued success relies on advanced solutions in the same space. Our range of polymer emulsions enables us to help you develop infrastructure and utilities that stand the test of time.
LEATHER CHEMICALS
ADPL supplies the leather sector with a complete range of specialties designed emulsions to ensure that the material can be easily processed and efficiently upgraded to the highest quality standards applicable to leather goods. We manufacture Leather Acrylic Binders, tanning, retaining and Syntans for Automotive Leather, Garment Leather, Upholstery Leather, Shoe Upper Leather, Sheep/Fine Fur, Glove.
